Your donation to Hartford Public Library’s Annual Fund supports:

  • literacy and after-school programs,
  • the building and maintenance of a dynamic and robust collection of books and digital media,
  • public computer access,
  • a wide range of exceptional exhibitions,
  • education and outreach programs,
  • a robust collection of books and other materials.

If you prefer, you may mail your check, money order, or credit-card information to Hartford Public Library, Development Office, 500 Main Street, Hartford, CT 06103. Please include your name and address and specify that your donation is for the Annual Fund. If you are donating by credit card, please include: name as it appears on the credit card, type of credit card, account number, card expiration date, amount of your gift, and your daytime telephone number.

A gift can be made by phone by calling Jane Penfield, development manager, 
at 860-695-6342 or Donna Haghighat, Chief Development Offier, at 860-695-6296. All givers will receive confirmation letters after the gift is processed.
