
Hartford Public Library offers free citizenship classes at two branches Downtown and Albany. Classes cycles are 10 weeks for intermediate levels and 14 weeks for beginner levels. Classes are also available in Spanish and Haitian Creole. Classes are on-going. For details, click here.

Citizenship on the Go (COG) is an online course produced by Hartford Public Library to help you prepare for the U.S. Citizenship Test at your own pace and schedule; all you need is a computer, iPad, or tablet, with Internet access. You must register first to start using COG.
HOW TO REGISTER:
NOTE: Citizenship on the Go is for individuals who meet or exceed the English language eligibility requirement for becoming a U.S. Citizen (Grade 3). For those who need to improve their English or for those who are eligible for the Language waiver other learning opportunities are available.
