Learn how to use self-study resources, (computer programs, DVDs, and CDs), specifically designed to help you improve your English.
To match you to a product that best meets your level, you are required to take a test to determine your level and register for your free library card. (Remember to bring a photo ID and another proof of address to register for your Library card.)
Appointments are required and may be made through HartfordLEARN with assistance at any Hartford Public Library location, or by calling (860) 695-6337.
After placement and orientation, you may use the resources during all hours the Library is open, including evenings and weekends!
